3. Listing & Rental Agreement Control

Guests may be held responsible for property damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, fines, or violations of house rules. Additional charges will be handled as outlined in the applicable listing and rental agreement.
8. Property Conditions & Amenities
Properties are privately owned homes and may vary in condition. While we strive to ensure all amenities are functional, availability is not guaranteed. Any compensation or remedies, if applicable, will be governed by the listing and/or rental agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deja Blue Vacation Rentals (Deja Blue MGMT Inc) shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages occurring during a stay. Use of the property is at your own risk.
10. Third-Party Services
We may utilize third-party vendors and service providers and are not responsible for their actions or performance.
